     Since modern communications eliminate the need for offices in Washington, or New York, for example, we avoid the high business expenses that drive up the costs of most big-city law firms.  Our office turned a profit in its very first year, and we have never looked back.

LEAD ATTORNEY

     David Winters, is graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, and the University of Southern Mississippi.  He is a law graduate of Oxford Brookes (Oxford, England) and of Southern Illinois University School of Law.

     Admitted before the United States Supreme Court, he is an award-winning author, and is listed in Who's Who in America.

OFFICE MANAGER AND TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

     Debbie Tipton holds a bachelor of science and two graduate degrees.

PATENT DRAFTSMAN, RESEARCHER, AND GRAPHIC DESIGNER

     Asa Stone, holds a bachelor of science, is certified as a machinist, and is a skilled CAD operator.  Rounding out his broad background, he also holds a teaching certificate.

PARALEGAL

     Peggy Stephens has just returned to us after far-flung forays about the nation.  She has broad paralegal experience in both state and federal jurisdictions.  Everyone is glad to have her back!
